What does it mean to claim space—to make a place feel like home—when that home might not last?

Here, nightstands are not ordinary. They are not neutral. Each is a world of its own, imbued with significance, memory, and quiet intimacy.

A nightstand may not fully reveal a person’s identity, but it can show how they navigate a world where permanence is fleeting. Through this series, I invite you to look closer, to find fascination in the seemingly mundane, and to reconsider what it truly means to own something.
